One of our darker roasts. There is a true “art form” to roasting the perfect French roast—and we have perfected this art form!
Our French Roast is an intense heavy coffee with a true sweetness. We use only central and South American coffees because they stand up better to the roast. This is not a coffee for the wimpy. This “midnight dark” roast brews up a full-bodied cup and leaves a wonderfully sweet after taste.
Our small batch hand-roasted coffee makes sure that each roast is perfect.
For blending, this is the perfect stand-by. If you have a favorite coffee, such as Sumatra or Guatemala, but the roast just isn’t full enough, just add French roast. This brings up the fullness, but lets the desired flavor of your favorite coffee come through.
