At Wallenford Estate the growers have meticulously selected only the finest beans from hundreds of small farmers, who lovingly tend their crop, in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. Meticulous agricultural practices are maintained from the growing of seedlings to final factory processing. The highest standards of quality are adhered to at every step. Berries which do not measure up to their quality standards are rejected.
This coffee is mellow, aromatic, mildly acidic, and quite full-bodied (The lowland coffees of Jamaica are ordinary and only used as fillers, unlike the magnificent Blue Mountain).
