Coffee description:
Dutch explorers bought Arabica shrubs to Java. The best coffee is grown on the eastern part of the island on large farms (usually government operated). The coffees are fully “wet processed” and therefore lose some acidity and reduces earthiness — but maintains the best low-toned richness of Indonesian coffees.
In the original Mocha Java blend, this was the Java of that blend—a tradition we still use today—in our mocha-java blend.
This coffee is so synonymous with “coffee” that coffee is often referred to as “java”.
Heavy- bodied coffee with low acidity and a spiciness describes this wonderful coffee.
It is a delightful coffee and leaves you wanting more!!!
