“Mocha” in some cases does mean chocolate. In this instance, “mocha” refers to the ”Yemen Mocha“ which is part of this distinctive blend with Indonesian Java.
It does produce a full-bodied somewhat chocolate (natural — not an added) nuance that makes this coffee still popular even today.
