Coffee description:
This Organic Colombian comes from small farm co-ops. This region is located on Colombia’s Caribbean coast and is home to birds and other wildlife, often rare species. It is grown at 3300-4300 feet altitude where all the “sustainable” practices are observed. Shade and elevation produce a sweeter coffee with moderate acidity and a harder bean.
This coffee works so well in all phases of roasting—from very light to espresso roasts.
Organic Colombian is extremely intense with sweet aroma, balanced flavor with certain hints of chocolate and nuts and is somewhat full bodied.
