This coffee is produced by growers who are members of the Asobagri Cooperative (farmers who practice quality standards). These farmers practice sustainability including valuable composting methods. Organic Guatemala is high grown in the mountains of central Guatemala around 5,000 ft. and higher.
This is a quality Guatemala with a spicy-pepper-like acidity and smooth rich body. The finish on this coffee starts with a rich smoothness that evolves into a chocolate fullness.
