Coffee description:
Organic Mexican coffee comes from the south central and southern region of Mexico. Mexico is among the largest producer of organic coffee. Since the U.S. is so close to Mexico, it can benefit from some of the best of the organics.
Many of the Mexican coffees taste of chocolate and nutty undertones—the perfect coffee for sophisticated coffee drinkers.
Because this coffee is organically grown, often the green beans are not uniform in size. We roast this coffee to the optimum level, since it is so sensitive to being over roasted. It has moderate acidity and has a somewhat tangy taste (a good thing!)
