Coffee description:
Organic Peru is high grown in northern Peru between Equador and Chile, where the farms have been organic for many years. This coffee is grown in heavy shade which is home to many rare birds. Coffees are grown on small farms averaging 2-3 acres each where meticulous farming practices are followed.
This South American coffee has soft acidity, smooth medium body a pleasant sweetness and a smoky aftertaste.
This coffee holds up well to many roast types (we use this as a dark roast is our Eco –Friendly blend).
