Coffee description:
Organic Sumatra with its semi-dry processing is cleaner cupping than the regular Sumatra that we offer, but still boasts earthy characteristics. Smoky and deep body to low and moderate acidity are the keynotes of this wonderful coffee. It retains the ripe fruitiness and has exceptional body and low acidity.
Just like all organic coffees, it has odd beans mixed — we leave these beans because it adds to the complexity of the cup. Sumatra has wonderful depth, even if not so darkly roasted.
