All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders typically depart production facility in Raleigh, North Carolina within 3-5 business days, or the date you designate.
When designating a “Gift Arrival Date” please allow at least 7 business days for gift arrival. Gifts may be ordered up to three months in advance. Please note, while Tradewinds Coffee does ship according to shipping standards and calendars, the gift may arrive up to, or after, 2-3 days of specified gift arrival date.
All shipping fees quoted online are based on delivery within the lower 48 United States. Any delivery outside of these states (no international delivery available) may require an additional charge. Buyer will be contacted by a Tradewinds Coffee representative if an additional fee is required. In the event of an incorrect address being provided, Tradewinds will charge for additional delivery fees to the credit card used at time of purchase.
For replacements or damaged items, Tradewinds Coffee must be notified via email(shipping@tradewindscoffee.com) within 72 hours of receiving package . Orders are shipped ground service, unless specified otherwise. Shipping and handling charges will be quoted at the same time the order is placed. In residential areas, orders will be left without a release signature. Tradewinds Coffee is not responsible for loss or theft of delivered product. All lost, damaged, or delayed orders of products incurred during transit must be filed by you with the carrier. We will assist in the process of providing shipment carrier information. We are not responsible for delayed orders from bad weather, strikes, technical issues relating to e-commerce system, or any factor beyond our control.
