Tradewinds roast daily to ensure your coffee is shipped at the peak of freshness. We do not stockpile or warehouse large amounts of coffee. You may rest assured you are receiving the freshest coffee available with your order from TradewindsCoffee.com.

How is the coffee shipped?
To keep our shipping cost low we use a variety of carriers: UPS, United States Post Office and FedEx. Depending on your location we will expedite the order to use the quickest and most cost efficient method.

When I order my coffee how long does it take?
Your order is guaranteed to ship within 2 business days, often it is shipped same day. Once shipped, depending on the carrier, you will receive your order within 5-6 business days. Please contact us if your order is not received within 7 business days.

How much does it cost?
We strongly believe that shipping cost should be kept to a minimum. By using a variety of shipping methods we can ensure that you are paying the lowest shipping cost of any coffee retailer on the Internet. Our shipping cost methodology is simple.
