Coffee description:
Tanzania Peaberry is a bean that results when the fruit (coffee) only develops a single bean rather than the usual pair of flat sided beans. The peaberry coffee bean actually produces a better cup. It is grown around Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest landform of Africa, near the border of Kenya—thus producing some of the Kenyan bean qualities, though much less acidic. It is grown at 3,000 to 6,000 ft.
Winy, acidic, rich in flavor, however, with mellowness... this coffee tends to exhibit a medium to full body with a slight snappiness.
Enjoy its unique aroma as it is being brewed.
