All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Orders typically depart production facility in Raleigh, North Carolina within 2 business days.
Tradewinds Coffee, Inc. is not responsible for user-submitted errors. If an error has occurred, you have three (3) hours to notify error via email: info@tradewindscoffee.com
For replacements or damaged items, Tradewinds Coffee must be notified via email (info@tradewindscoffee.com) within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving package
Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature and shelf life of product, no returns will be accepted on perishable products. Tradewinds is not responsible for user-submitted errors (including: wrong coffee type and grind preference). In the event a product is shipped in error, you will receive a credit to your card or you may choose to have the package reshipped.
Refunds must be requested within thirty days of receiving product. For non-perishable items, Tradewinds will accept Returns within a 30 day period of product receipt. Should a non-perishable item be returned, the actual product price (minus shipping) will be refunded.
